Content published here is general educational information about neurological conditions. It is not medical advice and does not create a physician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when care is established during a scheduled visit.

Visits are available to patients physically located in the states where Dr. Karmazin is licensed at the time of the appointment. You agree to provide accurate information about your identity, location, and medical history.

Visit fees are shown before checkout — currently $400 for a 50-minute new-patient visit and $200 for a 25-minute follow-up visit — and are collected at the time of booking. Please give advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so the time can be offered to another patient.

Prescribing decisions are made at the physician's clinical discretion. Certain medications, including controlled substances, may not be appropriate to prescribe by telehealth.
