  1. Do you accept my insurance?

    To be able to devote the entirety of my time to my patients' care, I have elected NOT to participate in any insurance panel.

    However, many of my patients find that their health insurance plan covers a large portion of their appointment through their out-of-network benefit. To learn more about your individual insurance plan's out-of-network benefit, simply call the phone number on the back of your health insurance card and ask for your plan's "Summary of Benefits".

  2. How much will my visits cost?

    Intake Appointments are $400 and typically last 45-55 minutes

    Follow-up visits are $250 and typically last 20-25 minutes

  3. What should I expect from my initial visit?

    All time is always spent entirely with Dr. Karmazin and the cost of your visit includes:

    Medical record and Imaging review prior to the visit

    Prescriptions / referrals within 24-48 hours

    Most patients require 2-3 visits address their primary issue but situations obviously vary

  4. Are my visits going to be in-person, virtual, or a combination of the two?

    All visits are conducted via tele-health using a secure Zoom-based platform.

  5. Can I submit medical records for Dr. K to review before my first visit?

    Absolutely! The best way to send protected-health information (PHI) including prior imaging, medical records, and labs is through our secure electronic portal. If you have questions or need assistance, please email contact@greenlightneurology.com.
