Dr. Karmazin is a Board-certified neurologist who completed his medical degree at Georgetown University and is a proud graduate of Neurological Institute neurology residency program at New-York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center.
His areas of expertise include chronic headache & migraine, post-concussive syndrome, and getting young professionals with neurological challenges back to work. Driven by a passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Karmazin remains committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of neurology to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

Virtual Care from the convenience of home, work, or vacation
Having neurological issues is hard enough so I do my best to make my services as convenient and accessible as possible.
Your time is important to me so I make every effort to begin and complete all appointments within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.
No more long drives to the clinic or sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours only to spend 5 minutes with your doctor. Your entire visit is spent with Dr. Karmazin and you are welcome to include family, caregivers, and pets (especially pets!) on your calls.
Connect virtually as often as needed and never feel rushed. Evenings and weekends available by request.
Comprehensive and Caring Support
Whether you're doing well but know you could be doing better or have hit a rough patch and need additional support, I am here to help.
Every patient gets a customized plan that includes medication, imaging/labs (as needed), nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
We will work the data you track into your personalized plan and make it actionable.
Clear, transparent pricing and payment
Thanks to our direct pay model, our patients know exactly what to expect in terms of billing / payments. No surprise bills 3 months after your visit. We do NOT accept medical insurance at this time but provide each patient with a receipt that they can use to apply for “out of network benefits” when applicable.
